In the Note field please include a description of the purchase made. For example: 1 High School Gold plan plus I paid off my negative balance.
In the case that the card holder last name is different to the name of your child please provide the card holders name in the Note Field.

You will be charged an online payment handling fee of 5% that will be automatically added to the total amount billed. For example: If the Plan's amount is Y15, 000, 5% of 15,000yen will be added to the total. Therefore the amount that will be billed through our online payment system is 15,750yen.
